Job Description

HR Administrators act as the operational backbone of a Human Resources department, focusing on the documentation, record-keeping, and procedural tasks that keep the employee lifecycle running smoothly. 3point.in +1

Core Roles & Responsibilities

  • Employee Record Management: Maintaining accurate digital and physical personnel files, including contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
  • Recruitment Support: Assisting recruiters by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinating new hire formalities (ID cards, kits, and orientation) and managing exit processes, including resignation letters and final settlements.
  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Collecting attendance, leave, and overtime data to provide accurate inputs for monthly salary processing and benefits administration.
  • Compliance & Policy Maintenance: Ensuring all HR documents comply with local labor laws and distributing updated company policies or FAQ documents to staff.
  • Employee Point of Contact: Serving as the first line of support for employee queries regarding leave policies, benefits, and general HR procedures.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generating regular HR reports on metrics like attrition rates, headcount, and diversity for audits and management reviews. Indeed +8

Essential Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert use of HRMS/HRIS software (e.g., Zoho People, Darwinbox) and MS Office, specifically Excel for data tracking.
  • Administrative Accuracy: High attention to detail is required for handling sensitive legal contracts and payroll data.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for drafting internal memos and managing interactions between management and employees.
  • Confidentiality: Professional discretion in managing sensitive employee information such as medical records and salary details
