Sales Executive

Sales & HR - JD

1.Identify and engage potential clients, including commercial complexes, residential societies,

hospitals, industrial units, and educational institutions.

2. Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and digital platforms.

3. Comprehend client requirements and recommend appropriate generator models and

solutions.

4. Prepare and present quotations, conduct negotiations, and successfully close sales.

5. Follow up on service contracts, annual maintenance renewals, and identify potential

upselling opportunities.

6. Maintain and update employee files (physical and digital)

7. Track attendance, leaves, and employee database

8. Ensure company policies are communicated and acknowledged.

9. Collect attendance and leave data for payroll processing. Assist employees with queries on

salary, PF, ESI, etc.

10. Coordinate between departments and HR for any issues. Respond to employee queries and

requests

11. Support senior HR staff with day-to-day operations.
