Store Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage store operations, procurement, and billing activities for our construction materials platform, C-Mart under Bison Builtec.

The role involves handling end-to-end material flow—from sourcing and rate analysis to dispatch and billing—ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including inward/outward material tracking and stock maintenance
• Handle procurement of construction materials with a focus on best pricing and timely delivery
• Perform rate analysis and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for smooth material dispatch
• Prepare and verify billing, invoices, and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and transactions
• Ensure material availability as per project/site requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors

Requirements:

• Experience in construction material procurement or store handling
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of billing processes and documentation
• Familiarity with construction materials and market rates
• Basic computer skills (Excel, billing software, ERP preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Background in civil/construction field
• Experience in B2B material supply or site coordination
