Role & Responsibilities-

Initiating outbound calls: Reach out to potential customers to promote the company’s algo services.

Explaining offerings: Clearly communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.

Persuading prospects: Convince leads to schedule consultations or proceed with purchases.

Handling inquiries: Respond to incoming calls and address customer questions or concerns effectively.

Resolving complaints: Provide prompt and satisfactory solutions to customer issues

Policy adherence: Comply with company policies, including confidentiality and data security standards.

Staying updated: Remain informed about industry trends, service updates, and competitor offerings.
