Job Role

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused candidates for an International BPO Process. The role involves handling customer queries through Voice and Chat support while providing excellent service to international clients.

Process Details

Process Type: Voice & Chat (Blended)

Shift: Rotational (24×7 Environment)

Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

Training Period: 30–45 Days (Paid)

Salary

CTC Range: ₹27,000 – ₹48,000 per month

Salary will depend on work experience and supporting documents. Please verify before committing any salary.

Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

Skills Required

Excellent English Communication Skills

Neutral Accent (Light on MTI)

Strong Grammar and Tenses
