Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities:Enter and update data in systems (Excel, ERP, software tools)
- Verify accuracy of data before entering
- Maintain records and files (digital & physical)
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Handle MIS-related work (daily, weekly, monthly reports)
- Ensure confidentiality of company data
- Correct errors and update outdated information
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection
- Required Skills:Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
- Knowledge of formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table – preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
