Job Description
Job Title: Sales Advisor (US Process – Night Shift)We are looking for motivated and energetic candidates to join our team as Sales Advisors for our US process. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and enrolling them into our services.
📌 Key Responsibilities:• Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Understand client requirements and explain our services clearly
• Guide and enroll clients into our services
• Generate and manage leads effectively
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
🕒 Shift Details:• Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Process: US Shift (Night Shift)
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Target-driven with a learning mindset
