Job Description:

We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Executive (B2B) to handle retailer clients and convert leads into orders.

The role involves communicating with retailers via WhatsApp and calls, sharing product updates, and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily assigned leads (retailers & wholesalers)  

- Share product catalogs and updates via WhatsApp  

- Convert leads into confirmed orders  

- Regular follow-ups with existing and new buyers  

- Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business  

- Maintain proper communication and order records  

Performance Expectations:

- Handle 30–40 leads per day  

- Convert 3–5 orders daily  

- Achieve monthly sales targets  

Required Skills:

- B2B Sales / Wholesale Sales  

- Client Handling & Relationship Management  

- Strong Communication Skills (Hindi + Basic English)  

- Sales Closing & Negotiation  

- Follow-up & Discipline  

- WhatsApp Communication

Experience:

- 6 months to 3 years in sales (B2B preferred)  

- Freshers with strong communication can also apply  

 Salary :

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

Work Details:

- Location: Jaipur (Office-based)  

- Working Hours: 10 AM – 7:30PM  

- Weekly Off: As per company policy
