Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our immigration services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling potential clients over the phone, and converting inquiries into successful sales. You will play a key role in guiding clients through immigration opportunities and promoting our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about immigration programs and services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of leads and update CRM systems regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of client applications.
