Overview
Medhapath Institution is looking for a tech-savvy, logic-driven Educator to lead our Computer Science department. You will be responsible for mentoring students across CBSE and ICSE boards, focusing on foundational logic for middle school and advanced programming for senior secondary students (Class 11 & 12).
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstructional Excellence: Deliver high-quality lessons for CBSE (Classes 4–8) and lead the transition into Class 11/12 Python-based curriculum.
- Coding Mentorship: Teach Python, SQL, and Data Handling (Pandas/Matplotlib) for senior students; provide Java (BlueJ) support for ICSE students.
- Project Supervision: Guide students in practical lab sessions, helping them build real-world programs and database projects.
- Curriculum Mapping: Align teaching methods with the latest board patterns to ensure 95%+ scores in theory and practicals.
- Technical Skills Required
- Languages: Expert-level Python (Mandatory for CBSE 11/12) and Java (for ICSE).
- Databases: Proficiency in SQL (Relational Database Management).
- Web Tech: Basics of HTML, CSS, and Internet Technologies.
- Office Suite: Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, BCA, or M.Sc (Computer Science).
- Communication: Must be able to explain complex logic in simple terms using English/Bengali/Hindi.
- Mindset: A "SME" approach ; passionate about technology and capable of handling high-level student queries.
