Job Description
Service Advisors are responsible for greeting customers, assessing vehicle issues, and communicating repair needs to technicians. They provide detailed service recommendations, prepare cost estimates, and schedule appointments to optimize workflow and minimize customer wait times. They also maintain proactive communication with customers regarding repair status, delays, or additional findings, ensuring transparency and trust. Other duties include verifying insurance, coordinating warranty claims, and assisting with vehicle inspections and test drives.
