Finance Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to join our backoffice team. You will be the bridge for new customers, ensuring their transition from legacy ERP systems to Zeev is seamless. Your mission is two-fold: ensuring data integrity during migration and empowering customers to master Zeev’s workflow capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Migration & Systems Integration

• Extract, clean, and map data from various legacy ERP systems for import into Zeev using excel or other softwares..
• Validate data accuracy post-migration to ensure "zero-loss" transitions.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or formatting issues between legacy structures and Zeev’s requirements.

2. Customer Onboarding & Training

• Guide new customers through the initial setup, configuration, and go-live phases.
• Translate complex business processes into efficient Zeev workflows.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure customer teams are self-sufficient and confident using the platform.

3. Technical Support & Optimization

• Act as the primary point of contact for functional queries during the first 30 days of the customer journey.
• Troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks and provide "best practice" recommendations for process automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Malayalam communication skills
• Data Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is a must. Familiarity with SQL or ETL tools is a significant plus.
• Platform Knowledge: Previous experience with Zeev or similar BPM/Low-Code tools (e.g., Pipefy, Kissflow, Bizagi).
• ERP Familiarity: Experience working with backoffice modules (Finance, Procurement, or HR) within legacy ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, etc.).
• Solution-Oriented: Ability to look at a messy manual process and visualize how to automate it logically.
• Soft Skills: Patience for teaching and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

What Success Looks Like

• Migration Accuracy: Maintaining high data integrity scores during the transition phase.
• Time-to-Value: Reducing the number of days it takes for a customer to complete their first successful workflow in Zeev.
• User Adoption: High engagement levels from the customer's internal team post-onboarding.
