Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sales & Client Relations)Location: Remote / Hybrid (Flexible)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to support our growth by driving new customer acquisition and managing client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, enjoys interacting with clients, and is comfortable with outreach and sales. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities, pitch our products/services, and build long-term client relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & OutreachIdentify and reach out to potential customers via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other outbound channels
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients
- Support the sales process from initial outreach to deal closure
- Pitch company products and services in a clear and compelling manner
- Assist in preparing proposals and follow-ups
- Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Act as a point of contact for client communication and coordination
- Understand client needs and ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Support client retention through regular engagement
- Pipeline & CoordinationMaintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Track outreach efforts and follow-ups to ensure conversion
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements
- Key Requirements1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Strong interest in B2B sales and customer engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
- Good to HaveExposure to B2B services, SaaS, fintech, SEO, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups efficiently
