Job Title: Male Customer Care Executive – Diagnostics Centre

Location: Kolkata

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Male Customer Care Executive for a reputed diagnostics centre in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for patient support, front desk management, appointment scheduling, and handling patient inquiries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and front desk operations
• Assist patients with diagnostic test booking and appointment scheduling
• Answer patient calls, queries, and follow-ups
• Provide information about pathology tests, health checkup packages, and reports
• Maintain patient records and billing coordination
• Coordinate with lab technicians, phlebotomists, and doctors
• Ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service

Requirements

• Male candidate preferred
• 1–2 years experience in customer care / front desk / diagnostics centre / hospital
• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, data entry)
• Strong patient handling and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in diagnostics centre, pathology lab, or hospital front desk
• Knowledge of lab test booking, report management, and patient coordination
