What You'll Do:

• Call jewellery retailers from our existing database (warm leads — no cold prospecting)
• Understand their business challenges and demonstrate how GoldClub solves them
• Convert trial users into paid annual subscribers
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• 
  

Who We're Looking For:

• Fluent in Hindi and/or Bengali
• 0-3 years telesales/inside sales experience (insurance, loan, credit card sales background preferred)
• Comfortable making 80-100+ calls/day
• Strong persuasion and objection handling skills
• No jewellery knowledge needed — full training and scripts provided

Compensation:

• ₹4,000 fixed monthly salary
• ₹3,000 per successful conversion
• Average performers close 15 sales/month = ₹45,000 + ₹4,000 = ₹49,000/month
• Top performers earn ₹65,000+
