About GoldClub: GoldClub by Vicky Jewellery Works is India's first B2B Jewellery SuperApp with 50,000+ designs, helping jewellery retailers launch their own online stores in minutes. We're backed by one of Eastern India's largest jewellery manufacturers.
What You'll Do:
- Call jewellery retailers from our existing database (warm leads, no cold prospecting)
- Understand their business challenges and demonstrate how GoldClub solves them
- Convert trial users into paid annual subscribers
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Who We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Hindi and/or Bengali
- 0-3 years telesales/inside sales experience (insurance, loan, credit card sales background preferred)
- Comfortable making 80-100+ calls/day
- Strong persuasion and objection handling skills
- No jewellery knowledge needed — full training and scripts provided
Compensation:
- ₹10,000 fixed monthly salary
- ₹3,000 per successful conversion
- Average performers close 15 sales/month = ₹45,000 + ₹10,000 = ₹55,000/month
- Top performers earn ₹65,000+
- For freshers - ₹7000
