Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of experience in retail store management (jewelry/luxury preferred)
• Strong understanding of customer handling, upselling, and closing high-value sales
• Experience handling online inquiries and custom order workflows
• Highly organized with attention to detail and timelines
• Comfortable managing WhatsApp, CRM tools, and basic e-commerce operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
