Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver training programs on real estate sales, products, and market trends
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees on company processes and sales techniques
- Train teams on lead generation, client interaction, site visits, negotiation, and closing skills
- Create training materials including presentations, scripts, and sales guides
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, and field training sessions
- Monitor post-training performance and provide feedback and coaching
- Identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align training with business goals
- Train employees on CRM tools and reporting systems
- Ensure adherence to company policies and real estate compliance standards
- Track and analyze KPIs such as lead conversion, site visits, and closures
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions to boost productivity
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales/training
- Strong knowledge of real estate market, especially plots/villas/apartments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to train and mentor sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
