Job Description

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., market research, networking, social media).
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients.

Client

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales

Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Proposal

Development:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results to the Sales Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

To ensure the sales booking and revenue collection target achievement. To ensure profitable growth in sales & revenue through adequate execution of pre-communicated action points with growth oriented leadership mindset.
