Job Description
- 1. Member InteractionWelcome members and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
- Handle check-ins and check-outs
- Assist members with queries about membership, timings, services, classes, etc.
- Maintain strong customer service at all times
- 2. Administrative TasksManage phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails
- Handle new membership registrations and renewals
- Maintain accurate member records
- Manage daily cash collection and basic billing
- 3. Front Desk OperationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with trainers for class schedules and member assistance
- Handle locker allocation, towel distribution or access cards
- Monitor entry rules and ensure gym policies are followed
- 4. Sales & SupportExplain membership plans and ongoing offers
- Upsell personal training packages or add-on services
- Assist in promotional activities, social media queries, or lead follow-ups
- 5. General SupportReport any issues to management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and staff for smooth operations
Help with basic administrative or operational tasks as required
