HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage staff recruitment, payroll coordination, and administrative functions for our automobile dealership group. The role requires someone who can efficiently handle workforce requirements across departments while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and maintain a steady hiring pipeline.
• Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Support employee engagement, performance tracking, and internal communication.
• Oversee administrative functions, including coordination with vendors, office supplies, and general office management.
• Assist management with HR reports, manpower planning, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, payroll systems, and HR documentation.
