Designation – HR Recruiter Executive

Experience – 2 years – 4 years.

Qualification – Graduate

Salary – “Nego” & depend on overall experience.

Job timing- (Mon – Friday- 9.30am - 6.30pm or 10.00am – 7.00pm) (1st and 3rd Saturday working up to 9.30am -4.30pm or 10.00am- 5.00pm).

Location – Kandivali West.

Clients – HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited), IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Limited), Godrej, HDFC Bank, Hiranandani Groups, Bangalore Industrial Oil, Axel Polymers Limited, Titan Company etc and many more…

Job Requirements -

• Design and update job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like Monster .com, Naukri.com, etc).
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
• Knowledge of Email Drafting.
• Basically, we have to do End to End Recruitment for Non- IT industry for PAN Indian. (Sales, Accounts, CA, Back Office and many more….
