Job Title: Recruitment Executive

Note: This position has to report to office daily and no work from home opportunity is offered, please respond only if you can report to office.

Job details:

•                    Sourcing relevant profiles by using job portals, website, referrals, emails etc. for the overseas job opportunities with our clients.

•                    This role involves handling reception duties while supporting the recruitment process, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.

•                    Talking to the prospective candidates on the telephone and mobile, screening and filtering suitable applicants, documentation, application verification, check their documents and certificates

•                    Assisting in arranging interviews, co-ordinate with Seniors and colleagues to ensure smooth functioning, internal database updating

•                    Facilitate client-candidate interviews and manage the offer negotiation process.

•                    Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as placements, client satisfaction

•                    Assist team in day-to-day operations, calling selected candidates for medical, arranging their documentation etc.

Credentials needed:

•            Bachelor's degree

•            Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency environment.

•            Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•            Familiarity with MS Office tools.

•            Results-driven and able to meet and exceed targets.
