Job Description
📢 Hiring: Billing Executive – Winista Pharma
We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our team at Winista Pharma, a growing pharmaceutical distribution company dealing in critical care medicines.
🔹 Job Role:
• Making bills (invoices) properly and on time
• Calling customers/parties and following up for orders
• Taking and confirming orders from clients
• Entering purchase details from companies and distributors in the system
• Keeping track of outstanding (pending payments) for the bills you handle
• Coordinating with team members for smooth daily work
🔹 Requirements:
• Experience in a pharma distribution company is preferred
• Should know billing software like Medica (or similar)
• Basic knowledge of medicines (especially critical care) is a plus
• Good communication and calling skills
• Responsible and able to handle daily work properly
🔹 About Us:
Winista Pharma is a fast-growing pharma distributor supplying medicines to hospitals and retail pharmacies. We mainly deal in critical care products and are known for our quick service and strong relationships with clients.
