Job Description

Position : Senior Manager - HR Job Location : Andheri (East)

Responsibilities and Duties:  Responsible for developing and implementing the organization's HR strategy.  Overseeing all HR functions, and advising the executive team on HR matters.  They ensure compliance with labour laws, analyse HR metrics, foster a positive work culture, and manage the HR team.  Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle (End-to-End Recruitment) including vendors & HR team.  Sourcing of resumes through headhunting / portal/references/database.  Job posting like (Naukri) screening of resume and short-listing candidates as per the job description of various positions like junior to senior level.  Screening and short listing of candidates as per requirements.  Conducting initial rounds of interview From Mid-level to Senior-level.  Keeps job descriptions up-to-date.  Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, talent management, Salary negotiation, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.  Manage escalation & employee grievances. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources.  Good sourcing skills on Naukri  Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.  Knowledge of compensation strategy, and talent acquisition.



ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Assistant Manager – Human Resources, you will be in charge to design, develop and execute a

new talent acquisition strategy. You should be able to find, hire and retain talented candidates,

build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships at the workplace.

Major Responsibilities:

● Forecasting the hiring needs of various verticals within the organization

● Creating a sustainable talent acquisition strategy and techniques for the entire organization

● Designing, planning, and executing recruitment and interviewing process (e.g., conduct

interviews and screen calls, administer psychological tests, etc.)

● Reviewing employment applications and creating background check reports

● Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their

business

● Taking charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing employer branding

● Motivating employees to be brand ambassadors and planning employee referral programs

● Identifying and partnering with hiring partners as required to ensure hiring needs are met

● Monitoring market trends in hiring practices and ensuring our strategy is in line with the

market

● Ensuring that an updated database is maintained for all candidates, and ensuring all

turnaround times are met on hiring

● Planning procedures for improving the candidate experience




QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology or

relevant field

Work Experience:

● 5+ years in a recruitment function as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Manager,

Recruitment Manager, Generalist HR or a similar role

● Strong experience in leadership and mid-management hiring

● Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques

Skills:

● In-depth knowledge of working on various talent systems and tools

● Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks

● Good time-management skills

● Ability to discover bottlenecks in the recruiting procedure

● Quick decision-making skills

● Strong negotiation skills

● Excellent oral and written communication skills

● A keen eye on details for accuracy

● Strong work ethic

● Ability to work in a team or individually, as and when required
