Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Present and promote products/services to potential clients.

Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain records of sales activities using CRM tools.

Marketing Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Manage social media accounts, content posting, and basic ads.

Support branding initiatives, promotional events, and exhibitions.

Work with the marketing team to create brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Analyze marketing performance and prepare reports.

Coordinate with designers, vendors, and marketing partners.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and presentation abilities.

Understanding of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing preferred).

Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tracking software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Time management and multitasking abilities.

Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
