Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the organization. The role involves managing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and ensuring effective financial controls to support business growth and decision-making.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
• Handle audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports for business insights
• Support business decisions through financial modeling and cost analysis
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and execution
