Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• As an Asst. Manager in the Quality Assurance department at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, your responsibilities will be crucial in ensuring the quality of tractors through product and process audits of tractor assembly, paint shop, and PTCED shop.
• You will utilize your expertise in sheet metal and plastic components, support continuous process improvements, handle new product and process implementation, and resolve concerns reported in new products.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for engine and transmission aggregate assembly functional knowledge, customer complaint analysis, and quality assurance functions in the assembly plant.
• You will play a key role in analysing customer complaints, assembly line rejections, supplier parts, and taking corrective actions to standardize all quality procedures.
•  Your experience in quality management systems like ISO 9001, TS 16949, and TPM will be valuable in implementing best practices and achieving consistent product quality.
