Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
