We are looking for HR Manager to perform this role successfully, you should possess excellent knowledge of various labor laws. you should have good communication skills & the ability to work in a team environment. Additionally, you should possess outstanding analytical skill and exceptional leadership skill.
Role & Responsibilities of-
Manage Monthly Payroll Process
Taking care of onboarding, joining Formalities, Documentation, etc. For successful joining of candidates Reviewing resumes & applications.
Conducting first round & telephonic interviews for the candidates for schedule interviews
Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidate for specific job position
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health medical insurance
Resolving all employee related issues & queries.
Manage employee leaves
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements
Monitor internal HR system and databases
Cultivate a supportive workplace
