Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive with hands-on experience in site visits and real estate sales, particularly in weekend homes or plotted developments. The role requires active client handling and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in clients and sales inquiries
- Conduct regular site visits with prospective customers
- Explain project details, pricing, and location benefits clearly
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options
- Follow up with prospects and close sales effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for bookings and documentation
- Maintain records of leads, site visits, and conversions
Required Skills & Experience
- Passionate and self-driven attitude
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate
- Mandatory experience in site visits for weekend homes/farm plots/villa plots
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel and conduct site visits
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays
