Virtual Relationship Officer - WealthQualification: Graduate Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Manager – Virtual Relationship, Wealth
Broad Spectrum
of Duties & Responsibilities:§ Proactive engagement with IFAs (B2B) Partners & Direct Investors (B2C) by telesales & virtual engagement
§ Direct engagement thru virtual meetings, one on one calls, webinars to build B2B Channel
§ Engage with Channel Partners & Prospect customers for wealth products(Fixed Income,P2P,Insurance,MFs)
§ Leverage digital campaigns to build the prospecting funnel
§ Engaging & managing the portfolio by supporting customer service & channel queries
Key Skills/Abilities:§ Good understanding of Financial Markets
§ Knowledge across investment products (Fixed Income, P2P,Insurance,MFs)
§ Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
§ Experience with growth marketing & communication
§ Ownership, Passion, Ability & Ambition to perform in a high growth organization
