Cyber Cafe Assistant / Digital Service Operator

Job Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to manage daily operations at our Cyber Cafe. The primary focus of this role is assisting customers with Government Online Services, document preparation, and digital research.

Key Responsibilities

Government Portals: Filling out online application forms for licenses, IDs, registrations, and other government schemes with 100% accuracy.

Document Processing: Drafting and typing documents (Notary papers, affidavits, resumes, and formal letters) in both English and the local language.

Hardware Operation: Operating printers, scanners, and photocopiers; performing basic troubleshooting (clearing paper jams, checking ink).

Online Research: Assisting customers with web searches, downloading admit cards, checking results, and navigating complex websites.

Technical Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel), PDF editing, and web browsers.

Attention to Detail: Ability to double-check sensitive information on government forms to avoid errors.

Requirements & Skills

Typing Speed, Communication, Experience in a Cyber Cafe or a Common Service Center (CSC).
