As an E-commerce Executive at TOXA, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our online retail platforms and coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include monitoring product listings, managing sales performance, analyzing business trends, ensuring timely processing of orders, and optimizing marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to effectively meet sales objectives and build brand presence.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and improve e-commerce performance
- Experience in Account Management and Sales to handle client relationships and drive revenue growth
- Proficiency in Cataloging across various ecommerce platforms including Myntra, FLipkart, Amazon, AJIO.
- Proficient in leveraging GenAI tools including Chatgpt, Canva, Sora, Gemini etc.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital tools, and strategies to optimize online sales
- Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
