💼 Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Sales
Find new customers (friends, family, referrals, cold leads)
Sell insurance products:
Term plans
Savings plans
ULIPs (investment + insurance)
Pension/retirement plans
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
2. Financial Consulting
Understand client’s:
Income
Goals
Risk profile
Suggest suitable insurance/financial products
Provide custom financial solutions
3. Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Help with:
Policy updates
Renewals
Claims support
Build trust → repeat business + referrals
4. Portfolio Management
Track client policies
Ensure premium payments are maintained
Upsell or cross-sell new plans
5. Target & Performance Pressure
Must meet:
Sales targets
Activation criteria (minimum business)
Income depends on performance
