Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Role

The Perfect Matchmakers is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who will primarily focus on creating engaging content and managing our social media platforms. The main responsibility will be producing posts and reels and regularly publishing them on Instagram and Facebook to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, and stories for Instagram and Facebook.
• Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule across social media platforms.
• Develop creative ideas for content related to matchmaking, relationships, success stories, and brand awareness.
• Edit short-form videos and reels suitable for social media.
• Write captions and basic copy for posts.
• Monitor engagement such as comments, messages, and inquiries and coordinate with the team when required.
• Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate trending formats into content.

Requirements

• Basic experience with Instagram and Facebook content creation.
• Ability to shoot and edit short videos for reels.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar editing apps.
• Creative thinking and good sense of visual aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Experience managing social media pages for brands or businesses.
• Interest in lifestyle, relationship, or matchmaking-related content.
