We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Social Media Specialist who can plan, execute, and scale content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other platforms to generate leads, build brand authority, and drive sales.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
📲 Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly social media content calendar
- Plan reels, carousels, static posts, stories & ad creatives
- Align content with sales targets (plots, villas, second homes, resorts)
- Create festival campaigns & launch announcements
🎥 Content Creation
- Shoot & edit reels (property walkthroughs, site visits, testimonials)
- Write engaging captions with strong CTA
- Create trend-based content for higher engagement
- Coordinate with graphic designer & video editor
📊 Performance & Analytics
- Track reach, engagement, CPL & conversions
- Optimize content based on analytics
- Work closely with performance marketing team
- Generate weekly & monthly reports
💼 Lead Generation Focus
- Create high-converting ad copies
- Optimize bio, landing pages & CTA funnels
- Run DM campaigns for inquiries
- Convert social engagement into site visits
🎓 Required Skills
- 1–3 years experience in social media marketing
- Experience in Real Estate / Hospitality preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads
- Canva / Photoshop knowledge
- Reel editing (CapCut / VN / InShot / Premiere Pro)
- Copywriting skills (Hindi + English preferred)
