Plan fiber routes (underground, aerial, FTTH).Supervise fiber cable laying and installation.Ensure proper splicing, termination, and labeling .Perform testing using OTDR, power meter .Commission new fiber links and ensure quality .Monitor network performance.Handle fiber cuts, outages, and degradation,Identify faults (breaks, bends, signal loss)
