Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 2–4 years of experience to own and scale our D2C paid marketing efforts.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and other paid channels
  • Own key metrics — CAC, ROAS, CPL, and Revenue targets
  • Manage creative briefing, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
  • Analyze performance data and give actionable insights weekly
  • Work closely with the content, design, and product teams


Requirements:


  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards
  • D2C or e-commerce experience preferred
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal handholding
