Product Manager - AI Devices

We are building an AI-powered device that enables merchants to seamlessly discover and engage with financial products inside Paytm. This includes driving on-device intelligence, AI Agents, and Edge Models that deliver low-cost, real-time interactions.

- Build the roadmap for AI-driven merchant conversations on our devices

- Drive development of on-device LLM/SLM and hybrid cloud–edge intelligence

- Partner with engineering, research, and hardware teams to ship reliable, low-latency AI experiences

- Define metrics for model accuracy, conversation success, cost efficiency, and device performance

- Lead experimentation cycles and refine AI agent behavior for merchant workflows

- Build a scalable data feedback loop across millions of deployed devices

- Experience with LLMs/SLMs, edge inference, model optimization

- Strong understanding of embedded systems, device constraints, and real-time inference

- Ability to convert AI capabilities into merchant-first product features

- Prior work with conversational AI, agents, or voice interfaces is a strong advantage

- Data-driven decision making with clear business outcome orientation

- Excellent cross-functional leadership across AI, hardware, cloud, and design
