Purpose

This role is responsible for the design, development and industrialization of process, products and technologies, maximizing business value and customer satisfaction for existing or new products.

Key Missions

We are hiring for Team Leader- Prepress based at NSEZ, Phase 2, Noida.

Technical Skills: 

• Good knowledge of print production processes, including prepress, offset printing, digital printing, screen printing, finishing techniques and file preparation. 
• Knowledge of prepress work like special color separation, color planning, color corrections, trapping, imposition and layouts for printing & plate making. 
• Knowledge of separation for screen printing like silver, gold, pearl effect, spot varnish, special white...etc. 
• Knowledge of Epson printer, Proofing, film preparation for screen making. 
• Knowledge of Trapping for offset printing as well as screen printing 
• Good knowledge of color correction in photoshop according to visual appearance (Customer color reference) 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Complies with all company and safety policies and procedures 
• Convert supplied files and or use supplied instructions to create final proof files 
• Applies minimum print specifications to files 
• Outputs proofs 
• Convert approved proof files to final stepped files for plate output 
• Review finished files, including the completion of QA checklist 
• Interacts with Customer Account Representatives or Management concerning job specifications or special requirements 
• Collaborates with development team to identify and deploy new automation to optimize production 
• Participate in continuous improvement activities 
• Attends department meetings and internal training classes 
• Other duties as assigned
