Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and CRM software promptly and professionally.

Resolve issues related to orders, warranties, product information, and returns.

Document all interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-up for unresolved queries.

Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, technical team) to ensure efficient resolution.

Maintain customer satisfaction by providing a positive service experience.
