Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta/Google Ads
2. Explain company services (interior design, modular kitchen, turnkey solutions)
3. Qualify leads (budget, location, requirement, timeline)
4. Schedule site visits or showroom meetings
5. Maintain proper lead data in CRM/Excel
6. Do consistent follow-ups until closure
7. Coordinate between the client and the design team
8. Achieve monthly site visit & conversion targets

Required Skills:

1. Good communication skills (Hindi + English, Marathi preferred)
2. Confident and persuasive speaking ability
3. Basic understanding of interior services
4. Experience in tele-calling / sales preferred
5. Ability to handle objections and close appointments
