Job Description
Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and service support of the company’s systems at client locations. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring proper system operation, and maintaining professional interaction with customers during service visits.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Service Support
•Install, test, and commission company systems at customer locations.
•Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance when required.
Customer Interaction
•Coordinate with customers during installation and service visits.
•Provide basic guidance to users on system operation when required.
Technical Support & Reporting
•Ensure systems are functioning properly after installation or service.
•Maintain basic service records and report technical issues to the office.
Field Work Requirements
•Travel to customer locations as assigned for installation and service work.
•Complete assigned service tasks responsibly and update the office regarding work status.
