Job Summary

• Looking For Young and Dynamic Candidates who are Interested in working with Bank Process and Loan Process for Pan India Location 

• We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales to join our Banking and Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, providing product/service information, resolving customer queries, and achieving sales or customer satisfaction targets.

• Key Responsibilities 

1. Customer Interaction: 

Handle inbound calls to address customer queries regarding financial services.

2. Sales & Lead Generation: 

Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products and services.

3. Follow-up & Relationship Management: 

Maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.

4. Documentation: 

Ensure proper follow-up on applications, approvals, and documentation.

5 . Target Achievement: 

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and calling targets.

Support marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve goals.
