Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive / Manager

Department: Marketing / Performance Marketing


Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 5+ years


Job Summary:

Performance Marketing Executive / Manager is responsible for driving revenue 

through digital channels by managing Meta Ads, performance campaigns, and 

automation funnels, while optimizing ROI, conversions, and overall campaign 

performance.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale Meta Ads, landing pages, and retargeting campaigns to 

drive revenue and ROI

• Build and optimize WhatsApp & Email automation funnels for lead nurturing 

and conversions

• Use AI tools for campaign optimization, creative testing, and lead 

qualification

• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion 

rates

• Track and optimize performance based on ROAS, CPL, and conversion metrics


Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and performance funnels

• Proven track record in revenue generation

• Experience with WhatsApp & Email automation tools

• Strong analytical skills (Google Sheets / reporting
