JOB BRIEF 

To Communicate and resolve the problems of paramilitary Jawans in our claims department

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY     

1.    If the soldier has any problem or any question related to their claim, you should have a 100% and effective solution and answer for it. 

2.    To co-ordinate with Claims submission team.  

3.    Communicate and Greet Customers

4.    Customer Inquiry and Follow-ups

5.    Explain Claim Types and Reimbursement Process.

6.    Document Collection and Verification

7.    Calculate and Communicate Claim Amounts

8.    Observation Management

9.    Data Entry and Reporting

10. Handle Grievances  

11. Meet Sales and Performance Targets

EDUCATION

a.    Minimum Education              :-                     Graduate in a bachelor's degree in any discipline.

b.    Technical Education            :-                     Basic Computer & Excel Knowledge

REQUIREMENTS / CONDITIONS  

1.    Candidate must have smart phone and computer / Laptop.

2.    Candidate should be ready to work from office.

EXPERIENCE 

a.    Minimum Experience            :-                     Minimum 1 Years in Related field

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS 

     a.  Fluent in Hindi, Marathi and English        b. Researching skills. 

     c.  Good Writing and communication skills.  c. Knowledge of MS Excel.
