Process: Inbound Customer Support
Location:
1st to 6th Floor, Ananta One (AR One), Pride Hotel Lane, Narveer Tanaji Wadi, City Survey No. 1579, (Bhamburda) Shivajinagar, Pune - 411005
Working Hours: 9 hours (including 1-hour break)
Working Days: 6 days working + 1 rotational off
- Salary & Benefits:₹17,500 – ₹22,000 In-hand Salary
- ₹4,000 Attendance Bonus
- 5% Performance-Based Variable Pay
- Medical Insurance Coverage (over and above salary package)
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls related to insurance products/services
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
- Deliver prompt and professional communication
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and experience
- Use internal tools, systems, and scripts effectively
- Meet performance and quality metrics
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
- Eligibility Criteria:Language Requirement (Mandatory):Hindi and English
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle customer queries with empathy
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Voice process experience preferred
- Additional Requirements:Comfortable with rotational shifts
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
