Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:  Field work role involving regular customer visits.  Visit customers daily based on company-provided leads.  Communicate with customers and schedule visits accordingly.  Generate new leads and explain solar products and services to customers.  Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility analysis.  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.  Attend daily meetings with the Sales Manager and discuss daily planning.  Take regular follow-ups with customers and convert leads into sales.  Prepare and share quotations after customer visits based on discussions.  Maintain proper records of leads, visits, and sales updates in CRM.  Collect customer payments (cash) and submit to the company on the same day or next day without delay.  Submit end-of-day reports to the Sales Manager
