- Meet existing and prospective clients to understand their financial goals.
- 📊 Portfolio Review
- Review mutual fund & insurance portfolios and suggest improvements.
- 💼 Upselling & Cross-selling
- Offer relevant financial products like SIPs, Mutual Funds, Life & Health Insurance.
- 🤝 Referral Generation
- Generate new leads through existing client references.
- 🏪 Stall Activities & Field Work
- Participate in stalls, events, and local activities for lead generation.
- 📈 Business Development
- Acquire new clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- 📚 Learning & Training
- Continuous learning about financial products, market trends, and compliance.
- 🎯 Candidate Profile Minimum Graduate (Finance preferred)
- Experience in field sales / BFSI is an advantage
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Willingness to work in the field
- Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds & Insurance (training provided)
