Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer EngagementGreet customers in the showroom and understand their specific needs, budget, and lifestyle requirements.
Conduct professional product demonstrations and lead test drives, highlighting key features and safety standards.
Actively prospect for new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital follow-ups.
2.Car Liance & Compliance (Must-Have)Vehicle Documentation: Ensure every car sold adheres to Car Liance protocols, including clear title verification,
service history checks, and RTO documentation.
Alliance Networking: Leverage Car Liance partner networks to source specific inventory or provide competitive financing and insurance options for clients.
Transparency: Educate customers on the Car Liance certification of their vehicle to build long-term trust and brand loyalty.
3. Negotiation & ClosingNegotiate pricing, trade-in values, and "on-road" costs to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Coordinate with the Finance & Insurance department to offer the best payment packages under the Car Liance framework.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills & Qualifications.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Clean record).
- Communication: Fluency in English and [Local Language]. Ability to explain technical vehicle specs in simple terms.
- Ethics: Strong understanding of automotive compliance and the Car Liance quality standard.
